  • •Embed AI-driven root cause analysis in CI/CD by using log-scraping AI agents to analyze multi-service exceptions and isolate fault vectors in distributed environments.
  • •Provide technical leadership through influence—align testing strategy and architectural consensus across engineering pods, mentoring SQEs and engineers and introducing resiliency and chaos experiments.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of active software development or test automation experience, including 5+ years in a senior or lead capacity, with enterprise distributed systems automation experience.
  • •Expert backend programming (Java, Python, or Go) plus hands-on test automation frameworks such as Playwright and containerized environment experience (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • •Hands-on distributed architecture expertise validating microservices, REST/gRPC endpoints, and event-driven systems using Apache Kafka or AWS SQS/SNS.
