Key Responsibilities

  • •Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to production.
  • •Transform product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished interfaces.
  • •Design intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments and other financial products.
  • •Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
  • •Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and improve usability through iteration.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience designing digital products.
  • •Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and excellent visual design.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping.
  • •Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries and responsive design.
  • •Strong understanding of information architecture and user flows.
