Key Responsibilities

•Support the Workplace Safety Manager in executing site-level safety programs, audits, and compliance initiatives.
•Conduct PIT, TDR and Yard training. Monitor and drive compliance in partnership with the operations team.
•Conduct routine safety inspections and walkthroughs of the returns floor, identifying and escalating hazards proactively.
•Assist with incident investigations, near-miss reporting, and root cause analysis documentation.
•Help coordinate and facilitate new hire safety orientations and ongoing associate safety training.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 61,000 - 74,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2-3 years of experience in a safety, operations, or warehouse environment (internships and coursework welcome).
•OSHA 10 General Industry Certification
•Basic understanding of OSHA regulations and general workplace safety principles.
•Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and communicate hazards clearly.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage associates at all levels.
