Key Responsibilities

•Own the technical relationship with assigned accounts from onboarding through adoption and expansion.
•Proactively engage with client-side technical stakeholders to understand their infrastructure, digital transformation goals, and success metrics.
•Lead technical workshops and deep-dive architecture sessions to align Insider One solutions with client business objectives.
•Run pilots and proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to demonstrate business value and drive successful production rollouts.
•Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and ongoing use, in close collaboration with internal engineering and product teams.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in complex technical solution design, system architecture, or implementation of SaaS platforms.
•Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior IT leaders and influence technical decision-making in large or strategic client accounts.
•Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including experience with pilots, proof of concepts, and scalable deployments.
•Technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure, hybrid systems, and system integration best practices.
•Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, XML, and database technologies.
