Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute seasonal in-season trading strategy aligned with business targets and brand priorities to protect margins and improve sell-through.
  • •Oversee cross-channel inventory allocation and replenishment fill-rate strategies to ensure right product/size/quantity availability and maximize sales.
  • •Analyze sell-out, inventory, and consumer trends to identify opportunities and risks, supporting actions that optimize trading performance.
  • •Oversee markdown planning and implementation and drive pricing strategy alignment with regional guidelines.
  • •Coordinate inventory stock flow (distribution center to stores, store-to-store, and ship-from-store) and facilitate cross-functional trading/performance review forums; coach and develop the trading team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Merchandising, or related field.
  • •5 years of experience in Retail, Trading, Buying, or Merchandising, preferably in sporting goods, fashion, or FMCG.
  • •Experience in in-season trading, merchandising, or category management within a multi-channel retail environment.
  • •Advanced understanding of sell-out, Open to Buy, and inventory performance metrics and trading levers (e.g., markdowns, allocations, replenishment).
  • •Fluent English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills.
