Job Summary

Support Sophos sales by translating customer and prospect requirements into Sophos MSP-focused solutions, driving successful trials and product evaluations. Deliver demos and presentations to technical and non-technical audiences, and qualify opportunities with technical analysis alongside the sales team. Enable partners through MSP architecture guidance, distributor enablement, and feedback loops that inform Product Management for Central Europe and the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the sales team with technical requirements discovery and matching prospects to Sophos MSP solutions.
•Make trials and evaluations successful by determining requirements and specification needs with technical staff.
•Conduct demos and product/company presentations, including training larger audiences.
•Provide technical solution guidance to MSP channel partners and support technical evaluations.
•Lead distributor enablement initiatives and collaborate with the Global MSP team to share collateral, best practices, and market feedback.

•Strong technical expertise in enterprise architecture components such as network design, virtualization, directory services, firewalls, and APIs.
•Strong technical knowledge of firewall and network products.
•Technical expertise in endpoint products and MDR/SOC services.
•Knowledge of MSP business models, including RMM/PSA platforms and multi-tenant management.
•Very good German and English communication skills (German C1, English C1).
