Key Responsibilities

  • •Build deep, long-lasting client relationships and provide wealth solutions to your portfolio.
  • •Maintain and grow wallet share by collecting, updating, and analyzing client financial information to identify product opportunities.
  • •Conduct full needs assessments and recommend appropriate banking, investment, and insurance products based on objectives, risk tolerance, and asset allocation.
  • •Represent HSBC in community organizations to enhance the company image and expand a referral/prospect pipeline.
  • •Partner with internal teams and collaborate on a balanced risk operating environment while supporting compliance, credit, and risk processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Meaningful experience in nontraditional banking financial sales, recommending products, and managing relationships with high net worth portfolios.
  • •Expert knowledge of wealth planning and wealth products, including market and regulatory impacts on wealth management.
  • •Strong client focus with needs-based solution delivery using communication, influencing, and sales skills.
  • •Demonstrated relationship deepening and the ability to grow referral sources and connections.
  • •Required licenses: Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65) plus Life and Health insurance licenses.
