Job Summary

Facilitate and analyze the commercial activity calendar and schedule, coordinating with Marketing, Commercial, Customer Marketing, Growth, and Finance teams to prioritize and execute initiatives that drive growth. Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate and analyze decision-making on the commercial activity calendar and schedule, coordinating with and guiding Marketing, Commercial, Customer Marketing, and Growth teams to prioritize and execute initiatives that drive growth.
•Plan and monitor Below-the-Line (BTL) Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budgets, responsible for trade investment strategies to drive product performance across Diageo’s portfolio.
•Serve as point of contact for Diageo clients and ensure adherence to budget policies; refine investment approach to maximize ROI by evaluating activation results and insights.
•Collaborate with Sales, Customer Marketing, Growth, and Finance teams to align market strategies and build strong relationships for mutual business goals.
•Support the planning cycle by ensuring promotional activities are scheduled, tracked, and executed per standards, including Monitoring & Evaluation Tracker and the More for More (M4M) planning process.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field with 5 years of experience in sales, customer marketing, or trade marketing ( Master’s/foreign equivalent degree with 3 years of experience accepted)
•2 years of experience in sales organization operations including S&OP, annual commercial planning, M&E planning, budget management, or performance management
•Experience interpreting market conditions and demographic factors to generate customer insights and route to market; and analyzing multiple data sources to develop commercial plans
•Presenting commercial plans to internal and external audiences; negotiating to drive efficiencies and investment; proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis, budgeting, and performance routines
•Experience working in Latin American markets
