Managing Legal Counsel – Intellectual Property

Lead global intellectual property strategy and day-to-day operations for the firm’s Intellectual Property Group. Advise on development, protection, enforcement, commercialization, and governance of IP assets worldwide, including trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, domain names, patents, and brand protection. Oversee enforcement and disputes, negotiate IP licensing and technology/data provisions, manage outside counsel, and build scalable playbooks, templates, and self-service tools to enable business and legal stakeholders.
