Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily on-site construction activities, inspecting progress and ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and schedule baselines.
  • •Supervise the main contractor, subcontractors, and specialist trade vendors; lead progress meetings; evaluate performance; and resolve claims or field disputes.
  • •Review contractor payment applications, variation requests, change orders, and delay claims; support value engineering and maintain budget discipline.
  • •Audit contractor master schedules and look-ahead plans; identify bottlenecks early; assess critical path impacts; and enforce recovery strategies during delays.
  • •Coordinate QA/QC and HSE with the EoR and Client, oversee non-conformance resolution, and drive commissioning, punch-list inspections, practical completion, and statutory handover documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • •10–15+ years of construction management experience, preferably within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) framework.
  • •Strong proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project, BIM workflows (Navisworks, Revit), project controls, and contract management (FIDIC Yellow Book 1999).
  • •Deep knowledge of construction methodologies, structural frameworks, and MEP integration.
  • •Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with excellent analytical and client reporting communication.
