Train new hires from the commercial team, ensure correct monthly billing for services delivered to the customer portfolio, and track partner KPIs from the first days until the Incubation process is completed. Execute reporting to support account management, handle day-to-day operational tasks with partners (balance loads and incident tracking), and identify growth potential within the assigned portfolio, providing inputs to the sales force.
