Key Responsibilities

  • •Define/approve process support plans for installation and warranty periods based on product and process maturity.
  • •Determine and implement process continuous improvement (CIP) plans for assigned installed base.
  • •Support local Install Base System Support (BSS) resources during installation and warranty to achieve CPS and/or “best known” process performance.
  • •Train local support service resources to obtain and maintain required process knowledge for the installed base.
  • •Handle installation and qualification of new processes and technologies; execute process sites and keep installed process performance knowledge up to date.
