Account Technologist (New College Graduate / Early in Career)

Own and improve the installed-base process performance for semiconductor and display equipment. Define and execute process support plans for installation and warranty periods, implement continuous improvement plans, and support local Install Base System Support teams to meet customer process specifications and “best known” performance. Train support resources on required process knowledge, qualify new processes and technologies, maintain performance knowledge, and drive installed-base improvements through regular customer process user meetings.
