Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide executive support to implement and activate enterprise innovation, future readiness, and foresight systems in coordination with organizational units.
  • •Operate and maintain enterprise innovation requirements, including the innovation management system and advanced thinking system, and follow up with units on required procedures.
  • •Support ISO 56001 implementation by preparing relevant templates, documents, records, and guides.
  • •Support enterprise future readiness and foresight programs, including participation in preparing future scenarios and related studies.
  • •Develop and use AI applications for data analysis and studies, prepare follow-up reports and executive presentations, and support institutional audit/assessment drafts as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in innovation management, business administration, public administration, future studies, data analysis, economics, engineering, computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise innovation, future foresight, and ISO 56001 requirements.
  • •Knowledge of Dubai Government Excellence program and Dubai government directions in this area.
  • •Experience with a government entity or a consulting firm working with government entities.
  • •Preferred: professional certifications in enterprise innovation, foresight, data analysis, knowledge management, or artificial intelligence.
