•Develop innovative sourcing techniques and talent pipelines to build balanced, inclusive teams.
•Champion an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience with high-touch communication.
•Source, screen, and assess talent that leads to offers, negotiation, and closing, collaborating with global TA partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 96,500 - 122,000 annually
