Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out programme business analysis for several projects/workstreams concurrently and/or manage elements of a strategic programme.
  • •Provide leadership and management to one or more business analysts when required.
  • •Ensure projects are delivered against plan within timescales and budget, highlighting and resolving issues as they arise.
  • •Maintain a consistent professional business analysis approach, including attention to risk profile and operational model.
  • •Create and operate within an appropriate governance framework aligned to wider group governance; support reporting and issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrate best practices in business analysis, stakeholder management, project planning, risks & issues management, and governance.
  • •Competence in AML/KYC, quality assurance (PMO services and best practice), test planning, cost & benefit management, and scope management.
  • •Working knowledge of investment governance, change tracking and review, governance design & execution, resource demand management, and portfolio planning.
  • •Experience in change management and business analysis methodology, with experience in financial services.
  • •Team management skills are required, including leading projects/business analysis workstreams and familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
