Key Responsibilities

•Manage sourcing for multiple complex searches to find and engage key technical talents at all levels.
•Collaborate with the recruiting team and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle to meet business needs.
•Develop a holistic understanding of the business and manage stakeholder relationships with HR, hiring managers, and external partners.
•Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiating new projects and/or optimizing processes to improve recruiting efficiency.
•Conduct complex data analysis and share up-to-date market intelligence to support business growth, while ensuring a great candidate experience and advocating TikTok to candidates.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience using research and sourcing tools (e.g., Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative sourcing techniques) to identify and engage passive candidates in the internet industry.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large volumes of data to support business strategies and decisions.
•Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels internally and externally.
•Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring teams, and external partners across different offices.
•Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
