Job Summary

Deliver timely, accurate client transactions while maintaining proper handling of client monies and records. Provide a positive client experience, educate customers on digital/self-service banking options, and support sales through outbound outreach and referral of client needs to appropriate specialists. Help with new account openings and problem resolution, and participate in retail community leadership routines, training, and ongoing product knowledge to support integrated relationship management.

•Educate clients on digital/self-service solutions, including ATMs, Online, and Mobile banking.
•Support the sales process through outbound calls, identifying client offers and needs, and referring clients to specialists or branch team members.
•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver tailored Truist expertise and solutions to clients’ needs.
•Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution while following internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
