Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, author and coordinate Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisals and Assessments for projects.
  • •Lead on design projects including urban realm and mixed-use developments, across LI/RIBA stages in a BIM level 2 environment.
  • •Support development of client relationships and assist in bidding for public and private sector projects.
  • •Manage and delegate project work to junior team members and lead client-facing workshops and stakeholder events.
  • •Collaborate in cross-disciplinary groups to promote innovation, excellence and thought leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture (or recognised equivalent); Postgraduate Diploma/Masters in Landscape Architecture preferred.
  • •Established track record authoring Landscape and Visual Impact Appraisals and Assessments.
  • •Proven experience delivering landscape and urban design projects from initial site analysis through detailed design for planning/construction.
  • •Technical proficiency with Autodesk or Bentley software and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • •Fluent English with strong verbal, written and graphic communication skills.
