Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate agreed forecasts to suppliers/intercompany sources using systems such as Excel SNP or Rapid Response (Kinaxis).
  • •Plan replenishment to maintain service levels, manage inventory within budget/forecast parameters, and minimize waste during relaunches or promotions.
  • •Own end-to-end replenishment from net requirement planning through purchase orders and shipment, including warehouse put-away until stock is available for sales.
  • •Generate and challenge forecasts using historical trends, promotion calendars, and metrics such as MAPE and BIAS, and communicate supply constraints and risks through S&OP.
  • •Prepare monthly reports and maintain master data accuracy for planned materials in the system while coordinating with forwarding agents for on-time shipment clearance.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Supply Chain, Business Engineering, or related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in supply/demand planning, prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • •Knowledge of SAP APO and SNP, and Rapid Response (Kinaxis) is an advantage.
  • •Highly analytical, fact-based decision making with strong written and spoken English.
