Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive metrology technology development across high-volume manufacturing and future technology nodes, delivering process integration and equipment solutions that meet device specifications.
  • •Lead design and development of metrology and inspection processes, including material selection, parameter optimization, equipment configuration, and system design.
  • •Define and own the metrology group's long-range technology roadmap by translating industry trends and program requirements into a prioritized strategy.
  • •Perform end-to-end qualification of next-generation metrology equipment from installation and acceptance testing through process validation and full fab readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related STEM field with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Or a Master's degree in the same fields with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Expertise in semiconductor processing, wafer-level assembly, or cleanroom environments.
  • •Proficiency in process development, statistical process control (SPC), and manufacturing process improvement.
