  • •Develop and deliver training programs in-person, virtual, and hybrid to improve users’ proficiency in ArcGIS software

  • •2+ years professional experience in classroom facilitation and instructional delivery
  • •Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while prioritizing student needs
  • •Strong listening skills and the ability to incorporate feedback to improve instructional delivery and course materials
