Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish program structure, operating cadence, objectives, and performance measurement to drive NPI execution across technical, schedule, cost, and quality commitments.
  • •Manage interdepartmental portfolio prioritization, milestone tracking, budget accountability, stakeholder alignment, and CTQ deliverables.
  • •Develop detailed program schedules in Microsoft Project, manage interdependencies, and maintain a cadence of communications and monthly executive metrics reporting.
  • •Lead program risk assessment, mitigation strategy deployment, and decisive early action to resolve issues; secure program resources and address staffing concerns.
  • •Coordinate EMEA Integrated Solutions go-to-market execution: partner roadmaps and governance, transition sales opportunities to deployment plans, manage award-to-handover alignment, and build a repeatable order-to-deployment playbook.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of experience in program and project management with program governance methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • •2+ years leading New Product Development/New Product Introduction programs in a structured stage-gate environment.
  • •Experience in Integrated Solutions domains such as power distribution equipment, EV charging infrastructure, and/or battery energy storage systems (BESS).
  • •Ability to coordinate across engineering, product management, operations, commercial, supply chain, finance, IT, and external partners; understand technical detail to manage dependencies and risks.
