Lead the SIS SAP Regional Support Center for APAC by managing SAP specialists, owning delivery of critical SAP projects, and supporting regional rollout activities aligned to the global template. Key Responsibilities

•Manage a team of SAP specialists in APAC and collaborate with the SAP central team in Zurich.
•Own SAP project implementation and rollout activities following the global template and regional territory strategy.
•Translate business requirements into SAP functionality while managing expectations with stakeholders.
•Provide coordination and take ownership of critical projects and support deliverables (functional specifications, tickets, CRs), including prioritization and review of performance.
•Promote standardized global processes and methodologies and contribute to harmonization initiatives while safeguarding the SAP global template solutions.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer sciences, business studies, or equivalent experience.
•+10 years as a senior functional consultant in Finance or Supply Chain.
•Experience managing SAP projects (acquisitions/rollouts) and leading teams.
•Proven experience delivering successful SAP projects as project manager, functional lead, or functional consultant.
•Excellent communication skills in English and readiness to travel (30%–40%) if needed.
