Job Summary

Support on-site execution of warehouse automation and material handling system installations across Ferguson distribution centers in the US. Working under a Sr. Site Manager or RE&F Sr. Project Manager, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, help manage site logistics, and track inspections, punch-lists, RFIs, and closeout activities. Assist with scheduling, daily field reports, and risk/safety escalation to ensure safe, organized, quality-focused delivery.

•Support daily on-site installation, integration, commissioning, and testing for automation and material handling systems.
•Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and owner-furnished equipment according to drawings, specifications, safety standards, and schedules.
•Assist with work sequencing, labor planning, and short-term look-ahead scheduling.
•Track inspections, deficiencies, punch-list items, and support closeout activities.
•Review and contribute to daily field reports; escalate site risks, safety concerns, and field issues; assist with RFIs and constructability documentation.

Key Requirements

•Ability to read and interpret construction and equipment drawings.
•Knowledge of job-site safety practices (OSHA 30 preferred).
