Key Responsibilities

•Complete a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in Operations and Sales & Service, including certification at the conclusion.
•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out, set appointments for periodic financial reviews, and cross-sell to existing customers.
•Partner with assigned business groups (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial and Investment) and refer customers to provide timely, holistic solutions while meeting production and customer experience goals.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Experience in the financial industry (preferred).
•Ability to comfortably perform sales activities to acquire new customers and/or cross-sell to existing customers.
•Demonstrated understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
