Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure full compliance with the repair process and manage the related repair documentation (repair docket).
  • •Handle Made to Order and Made to Measure requests across the full client journey, including consultation, order entry, factory monitoring, updates, and post-sale assistance.
  • •Perform Finger Polishing based on daily and weekly requests, maintaining client contact and managing transactions with support from the boutique team.
  • •Achieve repair request conversion targets and track results monthly and annually against assigned goals.
  • •Manage post-sales services including warranty resoling, solutions beyond warranty coverage, customer recall initiatives for periodic checks, and cleaning and maintenance of accessories.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 30,000 - 45,000

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience repairing, caring, restoring and/or personalizing shoes, ideally in luxury footwear, fashion, or leather goods.
  • •Strong knowledge of traditional shoemaking techniques including polishing, patination, leather care, and finishing; preferred experience with resoling, heel/sole replacement, cleaning, and leather restoration.
  • •Ability to deliver in-store customization and bespoke services with high precision and attention to detail (e.g., manual initial printing and custom finishing).
  • •In-depth knowledge of different types of leather, footwear materials, and professional care products and treatments to provide accurate recommendations.
  • •Experience using and maintaining specialized tools and equipment for shoe care, repair, restoration, and personalization.
