Key Responsibilities

•Represent Bose externally across key ecosystems in China and build executive-level relationships with OEMs, ecosystem partners, regulators and key stakeholders
•Drive commercial growth across Bose’s B2B models - Software platforms, IP licensing, and Integrated systems solutions
•Translate local market opportunities into scalable platform plays and build a high-quality pipeline of platform-aligned opportunities
•Lead a lean in-region team while aligning with global functions and executing the global strategy
•Establish governance, ensure compliance with corporate standards and drive disciplined execution while maintaining speed in a dynamic market

Key Requirements

•15+ years of experience in technology-driven industries such as semiconductors, software platforms, and systems businesses
•Proven experience operating within the China B2B technology ecosystem
•Demonstrated success in building strategic partnerships and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
•Experience working in matrixed global organizations
•Strong understanding of platform-based business models (software, IP, systems)
