Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, implementation, and support of Salesforce solutions using Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud capabilities.
  • •Partner with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • •Provide technical leadership for enhancements supporting contact center and servicing platforms, including Salesforce-based agent experiences.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end delivery across onshore and offshore teams, including architecture reviews, technical design sessions, code reviews, and production support.
  • •Troubleshoot complex production issues and support deployments using modern DevOps practices with CI/CD pipelines and source control management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent education/experience.
  • •5-7+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
  • •Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • •Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components/LWC, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce platform architecture.
  • •Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations and enterprise integrations using MuleSoft and REST/SOAP-based services.
