Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure high customer service standards, engagement, and conflict prevention/resolution on the sales floor.
  • •Drive sales and profitability by achieving sales, KPI, and store profitability goals through customer assistance and product consulting.
  • •Supervise store operations including accurate POS transactions (sales, exchanges, discounts, refunds) and adherence to retail policies and safety regulations.
  • •Lead team performance by coaching employees and assisting with recruiting, training, developing, and managing store staff.
  • •Manage merchandising, visual presentation, inventory counts, shrink/loss prevention, and prepare/analyze sales reports to improve performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Sales and profitability management experience to achieve sales targets and KPIs, including payroll management.

  • •Strong product knowledge, including purposes, properties, quality, care rules, prices, and recommending substitutes or related products.
  • •Excellent customer service and communication skills, including conflict prevention and resolution on the sales floor.
