Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver live and virtual enablement sessions and training programs for ongoing ramp and “everboarding” across EMEA Enterprise sellers and leaders.
  • •Administer program certifications by scoring and evaluating submissions against rubrics and providing structured feedback.
  • •Conduct ongoing field listening (shadows, 1:1s, syncs with first-line leaders) to identify needs, gaps, and strengths and share insights with the broader enablement team.
  • •Lead reinforcement and coaching post-program to drive adoption through activities like role plays, deal clinics, and skill practice sessions.
  • •Partner with Curriculum, Program Management, and Operations to share field insights, pilot or co-build content, and deliver ad hoc training based on emerging needs; use AI tools to accelerate feedback synthesis and surfacing patterns.

Key Requirements

  • •4–5 years of experience in sales enablement, field enablement, training, or a related GTM role, with a track record delivering enablement for Enterprise Sales and/or Customer Success in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • •Experience delivering live and virtual training for senior, sophisticated audiences, including familiarity with Enterprise sales methodologies/frameworks such as MEDDICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, and Sandler.
  • •Strong understanding of Datadog and/or the technology industry, including the ability to connect product capabilities (Infrastructure, APM, Logs) to Enterprise customer value.
  • •Comfort using performance data and field feedback to inform enablement decisions, with experience using Asana or similar project management tools as a plus.
  • •Fluency in English, with proficiency in one or more additional European languages preferred, and willingness to travel approximately 25% across EMEA.
