Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Defence Studies.
  • •Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) for executive reporting and stakeholder engagement.
  • •3–5+ years of experience in strategic project management, in-house consulting, or PMO functions, ideally in manufacturing or heavy industry (Defence, Aerospace, or Automotive).
  • •Experience designing governance frameworks, performance monitoring systems (KPIs), and driving organizational change.
  • •Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Jira) and executive reporting/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
