Key Responsibilities

•Drive warfighting capability analysis and CONOP development across the Maritime Division, authoring tactical playbooks for manned/unmanned platforms
•Bridge the gap between technology and tactics by translating threat analysis into prioritized capability needs for engineering teams
•Conduct future threat studies to forecast challenges and define new product requirements to maintain overmatch
•Act as chief translator and briefer; lead high-level briefings, mission modeling reviews, wargaming scenarios, and VR demonstrations
•Lead cross-functional collaboration with growth, maritime leadership, and product teams; scale and mentor a global team of analysts

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 220,000 - 292,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in defense strategy, operational planning, operational analysis, systems engineering or related technical fields
•Exceptional leadership and gravitas with ability to command a room and communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
•Strong grasp of analysis, modeling and simulation tools or operational research methodologies
•Defense ecosystem knowledge including Joint and naval warfare, maritime domain, and defense acquisition lifecycle
•Degree or post‑grad degree in Operations Research and Statistics; active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
