Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, with the category leader and stakeholders, enterprise-wide procurement strategies for technology spend across software/SaaS, telecom/networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI/ML platforms, and IT professional services.
  • •Lead multiple simultaneous direct negotiations and full-lifecycle competitive sourcing events (e.g., RFPs) in a non-mandated environment.
  • •Advise senior executives on negotiation strategy, supplier selection/qualification, and contracting approach; analyze business, financial, and legal risk and propose mitigations.
  • •Identify and quantify cost reduction, cost avoidance, and other value opportunities using spend data and market dynamics.
  • •Lead the contracting process and support supplier performance through negotiated implementation and resolution of service, quality, and commercial issues.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in sourcing/procurement, supply chain, or operations transformation (top-tier consulting experience preferred).
  • •Proven track record generating financial and operational value from procurement projects, ideally in a non-mandated environment.
  • •Working knowledge of one or more IT categories such as software/SaaS, infrastructure, networking/telecom, cybersecurity, cloud economics, or IT professional services.
  • •Experience leading full-lifecycle sourcing, including contract development and risk mitigation.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred); candidates with an Associate’s degree and strong professional experience will also be considered.
