Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, train, coach, and monitor the plant sanitation team to ensure safe sanitation practices.
  • •Plan and execute daily, weekly, and periodic facility cleaning and sanitation activities.
  • •Maintain and continuously improve sanitation documentation and programs, including the Master Cleaning Schedule and Sanitation SOPs.
  • •Partner with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering to improve sanitation processes and sanitation effectiveness.
  • •Investigate sanitation concerns, complete corrective and preventive actions, and ensure compliance with food safety programs and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements
