Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and scale the B2C engagement lifecycle for Alan Play, including onboarding, activation, reminders, reactivation, and win-back.
  • •Design audience segments and campaign machinery using personalization, segmentation, and experimentation.
  • •Establish a trusted measurement loop using holdouts and incrementality to drive product metrics.
  • •Coordinate horizontally across member/admin segments and multiple countries, aligning messaging with Product and go-to-market teams.
  • •Start with hands-on campaign execution and then standardize what you build for reuse by others.
