Key Responsibilities

•Process teller transactions (deposits, loan/mortgage/credit card/escrow payments, cash advances, check cashing, cashier’s checks, proof transactions, and buy/sell foreign currency).
•Deliver personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
•Complete special client requests (account closures, check orders, foreign currency exchanges, special statements/copies, referrals, and safe-deposit box procedures).
•Reconcile cash drawer by verifying transactions, counting and packaging currency/coin, submitting excess/mutilated cash, and maintaining an authorized cash supply.
•Participate in dual-control and security procedures, record activities/incidents/referrals in 360View, and identify cross-sell/referral opportunities for additional products and banker assistance.
