Job Function: Customer Success & Account Management

Key Responsibilities

  • •Orchestrate Signature deliverables, experience, renewal, and expansion as the single point of customer accountability.
  • •Maintain stakeholder relationships with IT and business executive leadership, sponsors, and decision-makers within customer organizations.
  • •Coordinate completion of the Signature Success catalog of services and provide timely, proactive Salesforce feature guidance.
  • •Advise customers on adoption of new features from Salesforce annual release schedules and identify potential implementation challenges and risks.
  • •Act as escalation point for major incidents and advocate during triage and resolution of high-severity cases with timely communication and expectations management.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years of work experience in Technical Customer Success, Salesforce CRM or SaaS platform use, project leadership, technology solutions development, technical solutions, and/or solutions architecture.
  • •Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or a relevant competing platform.
  • •4+ years of experience in management consulting services.
  • •Exceptional communication and presentation skills to communicate and influence effectively at executive and C-level.
  • •Ability to analyze technical concepts, translate them into business terms, and map business requirements into technical features.
