Job Summary

Hands-on hardware engineer responsible for PCB triage, board-level fault isolation, and power-delivery debugging for GPU accelerators. You’ll review schematics and layouts, design diagnostics and DOE tests, and collaborate with design, validation, FW, and manufacturing teams to accelerate root-cause analysis and corrective actions, ultimately improving product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead PCB triage to narrow failures to the board, component, rail, layout interaction, or system integration level and work with manufacturers and internal teams to reproduce failures and determine next steps.
•Develop and execute diagnostics and functional test DOEs to reproduce, characterize, and isolate hardware failures.
•Create automation and tools to run tests and analyze results/logs, and document findings in FA database.
•Document all findings in failure analysis reports and present results to stakeholders, including senior management.
•Oversee setup of new products and test stations for Failure Analysis operations and drive continuous improvements in processes and techniques.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
•Deep expertise in electrical engineering fundamentals, PCBA design, power delivery architecture, and hardware debug, including diagnostics and functional test development.
•Strong ability to perform PCB triage and board-level failure analysis from NPIs through production, with experience using lab equipment for debugging.
•Proficiency in Python, shell scripting, and working across Windows and Linux environments.
•Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills to report findings and drive corrective actions.
