Financial Crime Manager (UK MLRO Office)

Serve as a second-line manager in the UK MLRO Office, supporting the Deputy MLROs to discharge Wise Payments Limited’s AML/CTF obligations. Lead day-to-day financial crime risk management, oversee AML/CTF control implementation and effectiveness across UK products and services, and manage internal escalations. Produce MI, board updates, and regulatory reporting, drive continuous improvement to policies and processes, and provide expert guidance on fraud prevention—especially APPR and correspondent services.
