Product Manager - Field

Own field-driven product development by conducting customer research through site visits, interviews, and surveys. Run prototype and beta testing programs, analyze feedback, and translate it into actionable recommendations. Serve as the primary field contact during product trials while collaborating with product managers and cross-functional teams. Track product performance, customer satisfaction, and adoption metrics, and create documentation, training materials, and go-to-market support.
