  • •Coordinate manufacturing distribution in line with corporate policies, and maintain ISO and Food Safety programs.
  • •Develop plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees; monitor production for efficiency and highest quality products.
  • •Manage 5–10 subordinate supervisors and oversee overall unit direction; assume Plant Manager responsibilities when the Plant Manager is out of the facility.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field, and 5+ years of successful experience in a manufacturing environment (or equivalent education and experience).
