Job Summary

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the Technology business unit. Partner with Technology Finance, Corporate FP&A, and Technology leadership to monitor performance, analyze variances, manage forecasts, and identify risks and opportunities. Provide executive-ready financial insights, recommend metrics to measure success, improve budgeting/forecasting processes, and support quarterly operating reviews and monthly leadership updates while managing and developing a finance team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead financial management for Technology including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and target setting; monitor performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
•Manage forecasts aligned with the Technology Finance team; identify financial risks/opportunities and implement strategies to mitigate and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
•Provide leadership with financial insights using advanced understanding of budgeting, long-range planning, and forecasting; recommend new success metrics.
•Collaborate with senior business partners as a trusted advisor; perform variance analysis and articulate arguments effectively to support decisions.
•Manage the team, including goal setting, performance appraisals, coaching, and talent development; drive strategy and process improvements and create quarterly operating review decks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 142,000 - 234,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Robust understanding of Corporate FP&A processes with experience in Technology Finance strongly preferred.
•Strong analytical skills with a balance of detail orientation and strategic, big-picture perspective.
•Advanced knowledge of Excel, Oracle, and Hyperion; understanding of Apptio and Agile IT methodology preferred.
•Effective communication and influencing skills, with ability to build credibility and rapport with senior management.
•Master’s Degree preferred in Finance, Business or related field.
