Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage safe movement of vehicles into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths and weaknesses, and drive areas of opportunity and improvement.
  • •Engage and coach assigned associates, provide performance management and feedback, and foster positive communication and adherence to company values.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects on incoming inventory and lead decisions to repair or reject based on cost and vehicle quality.
  • •Train production associates using Quality Control standards to complete repairs effectively the first time and minimize re-checks, delays, and rework.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •Experience using computers.

  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
