Key Responsibilities

  • •Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify current and future financial needs.
  • •Recommend appropriate retail consumer and small-business products using the bank’s value proposition.
  • •Use CAMP and other approved marketing tools to proactively reach out and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
  • •Cross-sell to the existing customer base and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
  • •Process teller transactions and support Financial Center platform staff by following policies, confidentiality requirements, and procedures for retail products and fraud/risk mitigation.

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or a combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in the financial industry preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability to perform sales activities to acquire new consumer households and small business customers and to cross-sell to established customers.
  • •Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
  • •S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through NMLS (MU4R questions/registration required).
