Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive sustainable and repeatable account growth for the DOD Army team through strategic direction, intelligence/positioning, and account plan development.
  • •Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, set opportunity targets, negotiate goals with business line leaders, and monitor bookings vs. monthly projections.
  • •Provide pursuit support by maintaining the Salesforce pipeline, ensuring capture plans for major pursuits, and assisting with teaming and negotiations.
  • •Lead client relationships and expand cross-sell opportunities, overseeing corrective actions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • •Maintain situational awareness across performance and risk, support FAR compliance, and lead proposal reviews/sign-offs including major CPAR rebuttals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •15+ years of experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs, including 6+ years in a leadership role.
  • •US citizenship is required.
  • •In-depth knowledge of consultative selling approaches and expert negotiation skills.
  • •Experience managing complex, multi-country, multi-business-unit deals; CRM (Salesforce) experience is a plus.
