Department In-Charge -Babyshop, Alkhuwair

Lead day-to-day operations for the Babyshop department, driving sales and productivity against shop targets while managing store standards. Monitor merchandising, pricing, stock presentation, replenishment, rotations, and quality control. Ensure strong customer service through training, handling queries/complaints, and maintaining confidentiality. Coach and sponsor the sales team, support onboarding, run performance meetings, and oversee complaint resolution to maintain high motivation and customer focus.
