Key Responsibilities

•Extend Circle’s in-house blockchain systems infrastructure to support tokenization and improve existing systems.
•Build and own scalable microservices providing reliable, secure APIs that transfer value and assets across blockchain and traditional banking protocols.
•Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design, test, and shape Circle features, including system design procedures and quality standards.
•Troubleshoot program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning.
•Build publicly accessible APIs and integrate platform services with leading banks and financial technologies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 195,000 - 257,500 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of professional software development experience using object-oriented languages like Go or Java.
•Computer Science degree (or closely related field) or foreign equivalent.
•Technical leadership of teams of 4+ on architecture and system design.
•Expertise in an API design, payments processing, or blockchain domain.
•Deep experience in scalable software architecture/design/deployment, RESTful APIs, cloud services (AWS/Google Cloud/Azure), container orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS/ECS), and SQL schema design.
