Key Responsibilities

•Design and maintain the Deal Desk data foundation, including account/contact data quality and enrichment workflows.
•Ship deal desk productivity workflows by triaging team asks and building small, fast iterated improvements.
•Create custom AI-powered solutions when point-and-click tooling is insufficient, using judgment to decide.
•Think in systems by anticipating upstream/downstream implications and avoiding technical debt.
•Integrate third-party APIs to sync events and information across systems and document builds for trust and reuse.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 54,000 - 68,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, workflow automation, or a technical RevOps role, ideally at a high-growth, AI-native B2B company.
•Direct experience with Salesforce, including understanding the data model and owning changes.
•Fluency with AI coding assistants and building with them in production workflows.
•Ownership of end-to-end AI and automation workflows, not just consuming them.
•A fundamental understanding of APIs and webhooks to integrate third-party systems.
