HR Generalist (1-year FTC or contractor)

Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and stakeholders in Belgium, managing the full employee lifecycle in a hands-on generalist role. Lead onboarding and new-hire orientations, handle employee relations, leave/absence administration, and performance management. Support Belgian payroll operations with an external provider, ensure compliance with Belgian labor law, maintain HR data and HRIS accuracy in Workday, and assist with recruiting tasks as needed.
