Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform advanced administrative support functions for the Branch Management Team, including planning, directing, and organizing branch administrative work and procedures.
  • •Manage the employment life cycle of branch associates (interviewing, onboarding, offboarding).
  • •Support associate development through performance management, goal setting, monthly performance coaching, and alignment with branch and FA business plans.
  • •Supervise, evaluate, and coordinate branch support staff: prioritize work, assign tasks, monitor progress, schedule coverage, and manage timecard approvals.
  • •Resolve problems and interpret policies, procedures, and guidelines; assist with branch initiatives and lead monthly staff meetings and special projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 33.59 - 45.49 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •Must have SIE, Series 7, and 63/65 or 66 licenses, or be able to obtain them within 1 year.
  • •3+ years of industry experience as a registered client specialist or comparable role preferred; previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.
  • •Strong technology aptitude to adopt new tools, including AI-enabled solutions, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Ability to lead a team with strong organizational, follow-through, interpersonal, written, verbal, and analytical skills.
